A happy base for those seeking peace and quiet

Our site covers 6.6 acres on which we have just 35 pitches all mostly spaced at over 45 feet. As this is the maximum we will take, even at peak times it may be necessary to book. Pitches can have electric hook ups and also be beside one of our two lakes.

One of our lakes is used for fishing and holds a sizable head of mixed course fish, and carp up to 15lbs. The other lake is smaller, about ¼ acre and is full of ornamental fish which can be hand fed.

Well behaved dogs and their owners are welcome. They have to be kept on a lead and exercised off the site on the area of 200 acres of common land, which is adjacent to the site.

Our shower block contains four wc's, four washbasins, four showers and two deep sinks for washing pots and clothes - all with unlimited free hot water to all outlets. There is a spin dryer, hair dryer and ironing facilities.
